Jared is the third generation of the Jacobson family business. Jared has worked with Jacobson and Greiner since 1991 doing numerous jobs on construction.
Most recently he graduated with his commerce degree from Brandon University. He has also graduated from the Manitoba Real Estate Association and is a qualified Realtor.
Jared's direction has been more focused on the sales end of Jacobson and Greiner, not only in residential, but commercial, multi family, life leases and also oversees the material supply division of Jacobson and Greiner.
Jared's main focus is to grow the company through acquisition of new companies in the local market and many other new markets. His main focus is to also maintain the image as a quality builder which has helped the company gain an edge over the competition in the past.
His first steps in growth is the launch of the new development company known as VBJ developments, which will service over 200 residential lots in the old Patmore Nursery, which will be named "Southridge." He has also developed the presell program, which allows clients to purchase a new home before they have sold their existing home, so that construction can start when they want, assuming they have enough equity in their existing home to do so.
Jared also takes pride in every project and regularly visits each site during the stages of construction to ensure all sub trades are directed personally and professionally.
